Ed Rendel's economic plan

From what I saw, Ed Rendel's plan to increase education while trying to tighten the budget sounded pretty good. I do believe that video poker machines should be legalized because a thriving black market does no good to the economy, and only benefits illegal underground operations. If the Pennsylvania government took it one step further and issued them out, it would be able to bring in even more profits to make up for the budget deficit. Promoting better education by allowing more students to attend college is also a good idea. Without extra government aid, surely less people would be ale to afford to go to college. By allowing this to occur, we would be crippling the future of many individuals and of that entire generation.
